What is the delivery price

Shipping price depends on the weight of the product, the town of departure and the way of delivery.

How long the deilvery does take? 

Delivery time depends on availability of the battery on the stock  and shipment courier that you had chosen.  If the item is in the stock in the same country that you buy usually it takes up to 7 days. If you buy the battery from other country the delivery time is much longer. The product maybe detained for several days by customs of your country for needed procedures. Administration of the internet site www.batterymarkets.com  is not responsible for the delays of battery supplier, shipment courier and customs.


 
When we send you an order?

After receiving of your personal order it takes about 1 - 2 days to process you order, but every order processing time varies depending on the details and the individual characteristics of the goods. It is rarely that orders would be processed more than 2 days, if it does not apply to special products and special conditions of delivery. The goods are being sent everyday expect weekends.

How can I track my goods?

Once the goods leave our warehouse, you get the unique number of your order. You can use it later to track your item until it reaches your designated space. There is also the function " order status ". You can always call employees of the website, that would clarify all the issues raised by you.

How is international shipping ?

International transportation is carried out through the companies, that are providing delivery in foreign countries. Delivery usually takes from 3 to 21 days, depending on the method and company engaged in sending. As the goods arrive to the arrival point, their immediate shipping is proceeded.

When the order delay can occur?

Delay of your order occurs when the product you have ordered is not available in stock. When this happens you will be notified by phone or mail, which had been listed in the contacts before. You can always contact Customer Service to ask your question. If the goods are absent in stock, your money won't be withdrawn from your card.

Can I reject the goods ?

We are asking you to follow the rules of returning goods, for faster processing . Rejection can take a long time, during which you will receive all the money you have spent. We are responsible for the shipping costs in case of problems. If the error was on our side, the funds will be returned. If the goods have been returned or lost, is not our fault, shipping costs will not be refunded, and the buyer should make the repayment of sending the goods ( in case of goods returning) .

Return Policy

We have a responsibility to our customers in accordance with the Law of Israel "Commercial code of  Israel " and "About Protection of Consumer's Rights".

Resource performs the return of goods within 30 days from the date of purchase. The goods which delivery was pre-approved, cannot be returned, if there was no error on our part. Some producers of goods have a strict return policy. All items to be returned must be : 100% include a complete original set ( box , packing materials , original codes , user manual , warranty and manufacturer documents) and have no external or technical damage .

Do I need to pay customs duty?

If you buy goods in another state, you may need to pay customs duty on delivery. The amount of payment depends on the customs regulations of the State.
